October 9, 2025: Thick cut Pork Chop baked on a bed of Sauerkraut, scalloped potatoes, roasted broccoli, a side of sweet applesauce and a dinner roll. Finished with Apple Cobbler and Vanilla ice cream. It’s truly a generous meal.
